1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the Onelangkawi -Langkawi Tourism Analytics Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this platform.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access and use the Langkawi Tourism Analytics Platform for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

Modify or copy the materials
Use the materials for any commercial purpose
Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software
Remove any copyright or proprietary notations
Transfer the materials to another person

3. Data Usage and Analytics

Our platform provides tourism analytics and insights. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of the data. The analytics and insights provided should be used as reference only and not as the sole basis for decision-making.

In no event shall Langkawi Tourism or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the platform and its materials.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.

9. Changes to Terms
